Free Delivery within PJ & KL Central for hamper RM100 and above

1. We do not provide any refund and/or accept any return of our product unless it was incorrectly delivered or its packaging was damaged during transportation.

2. Hamper World will not be held accountable for any products that have been acknowledged upon delivery. Therefore, we strongly urge customers/recipients to check the condition of the goods before signing for acknowledgement.

3. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all products that are incorrectly delivered or packaging damaged must be returned in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product show signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same or different manner as your original payment within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
